Session 1: Introductions. Your Motherhood Journey so far, Emotions around Motherhood and transition to Work (including Parental Guilt)
How you feel about the new stage? How would you like to feel in 6 months? What is needed to get there, with support and kindness for yourself.
Session 2: Logistics and Practicalities of the transition to Paid Work (including feeding and how it may look like when you are not together with your baby).
Let’s dig into practicalities and do some group work to put some foundations in place for how the transition may look like with simple, actionable steps to get you prepared and confident about the change. Guest breastfeeding mother(s) to share her/their experience with transitioning to work.
Session 3: Your Values, Standards and New Priorities now that you have a Baby (or another Baby).

"It was great to participate in this series. Dedicating some time to reflect on my new reality and how it fits in to my new work-life, practically but also emotionally, was so valuable."
"Maria really cares and takes the time to listen and understand, without any judgement. Her passion for empowering women shows in everything she does, and I'm so grateful for her support."
"With the looming dread of returning back to work, Maria's series allowed for a wonderful bonding experience that provided us with the environment to share concerns and support one another through the next chapter of our lives."
"Maria is a natural facilitator and champion of women. She creates safe space and leaves you able to accomplish. Face to face [format] is really valuable and helps to build up confidence in leaving your child with another carer."
"I loved the Back to Work Group Coaching session with Maria. Sitting in a beautiful relaxed space with like-minded mums and babies crawling all over us was the perfect setting to broach this (for me) daunting topic. It was wonderful hearing from a mum who had already gone through the transition of going back to work and being able to ask questions about her experiences. Overall I came away feeling reassured and a little more prepared to take on the transition myself. Thank you Maria for creating the space to explore what that will look like."
